Flames Master - Réservation de table

I wish I could give it a 5 star but I can't. So far it's 2 stars at best. Ordering a quarter chicken and the fattoush salad is inconsistent. The lady serves the fattoush salad with the crispy little breads, while the other guy doesn't. She also gives the pickles with the Lebanese bread, but the other guy doesn't give the pickles with the Lebanese bread. So that's the inconsistency there. Also, the woman needs to look more friendly as this is a Hospitality industry. Also, it seems that their regular customers are more of a priority, as, in being served first, if you're not a regular.

The experience was average. The staff picked up our order without discussing any options with us. We weren't offered any alternatives, and when we inquired, we were told it was our responsibility to specify what we wanted. As a result, we received the standard toppings, which included pickles, garlic, and salad tomatoes. The sandwich was overloaded with pickles and had insufficient meat to balance it out. I won’t be returning.

The charcoal chicken wrap here is outstanding—I've tried many, and this one ranks at the top. It's worth every penny. The garlic sauce is delicious, not overly spicy, and the charcoal chicken is incredibly juicy. Although the restaurant is a bit tucked away, the staff is very friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. Rating: Food 5/5, Service 4/5, Atmosphere 3/5.

First few minutes owner was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me, then asked me what I wanted, 5 minutes later she confirms what I wanted, another 3 minutes she confirms again, another 3 minutes later confirms again all what packing Uber orders, then starts making hamburgers..that was it for me. Pathetic customer service. Réservez une table maintenant

The owner of the place is extremely rude, was literally yelling at stuff in front of us. Was very pushy when we were trying to order. I will not be returning here. For the stuff that work there, please leave, you deserve better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a chicken burger, but only half of it actually had chicken. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm definitely not returning. The chips were also undercooked.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We definitely plan to have dinner there again.
