One of my favorite restaurants in SB! Mega selection of hearty (approx. 45 varieties and sweet (10 varieties of flame cake, also with changing seasonal maps and always new creations. You can't decide. The operators are an older couple (he makes the service and they the kitchen and I love them to offer so many great and tasty vegan flame cakes in this original restaurant in Alt Saarbrücken next to popular flame cakes. Also the mixed salad is super delicious. My recommendation: Give yourself a hearty flame cake with salad and a dessert (small sweet): In addition, the food is really inexpensive and it is usually quite fast. Would give 5 stars if it were allowed.
Although it was´t busy that evening, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our four vegan tartes flambées. And I must say that they were absolutely worth it! I had a big Vegan forest tarte flambée , which was generously covered in vegan cheese, and swapped slices with my friends, who had the Sicilian and fillet tartes flambées. It was amazing how they all had their own distinctive flavours and they were all extremely delicious! The service was very friendly and the place feels homey with its interior design. Can´t wait to return with a bigger group to try even more various flavours! A clear recommendation!
The vegan flame cakes on the map are all well characterized and also good from taste. Only the waiting period we found in part very long although we were almost the only people in the restaurant
Cosy place with a very wide choice for vegans, something is there for every taste. It tastes fantastic and the operation as well as the owner are friendly and accommodating.

49 vegan options are a huge selection. I had G9, the green rose, which was a very tasty flame cake with tofu, leek and pepperberries.
Good service, nice ambience, good price. Amazing selection, whether hearty or sweet. You don't know what to eat first.
From almost every dish there is also a great vegan version. Both the flame cakes and the salads are very good
