I must say, this restaurant is truly fantastic. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Despite the busy crowd when my husband and I arrived around 2 o'clock, we were still able to find a seat and enjoy our lunch. The standout dish for me was the chicken empanada, it was so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture. The sandwiches we ordered, the Elena 1985 and Island Boy, were full of flavor and left us completely satisfied. The coffee was just how I like it, made the Latin way; the juice was fresh and natural, the flan was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had in Tampa. The service was consistently attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Having lived in Tampa all my life, I recently had a discussion with some old friends about the best Cuban food in town. One of my friends highly recommended Flan Factory, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, he was absolutely right. This Cuban dish was exceptional and it has now become my new favorite in Tampa. The slow-roasted pork in the sandwich was the most flavorful I have ever tasted. Additionally, the sweet potato fries were delicious. The two flans we ordered were out of this world. Mama Ester, who assisted us with the menu, was extremely kind and helpful. Flan Factory is truly a hidden gem in Tampa. I highly recommend stopping by as you will not be disappointed.
The Flan Factory is hands down one of my all time favorite restaurants in Tampa!! You can never go wrong with their Cuban, Cafe con Leche, Arroz Frito-Pork, or Flan Flavor. We have literally never had a dish or flan we didnt LOVE! Im so excited theyre now on DoorDash!! Dont miss out on this place and be sure to visit in store as well! Everyone is AMAZING in store as well. We never miss a chance to visit in store when were in Tampa on vacation and now we can order online while were at work!!
This is without a doubt the top Cuban restaurant in the area! The customer service exceeded our expectations. Esther, the Manager, has a fantastic attitude. She even took the time to ask for my daughter's and my name for our next visit. We will definitely return to try the fried rice and experience the amazing service again. This family owned operated restaurant won 't be a best kept secret for long. The food is delicious. The service is friendly. The menu offers variety. Breakfast served all day. Try their breakfast Cuban sandwich. Last but certainly not least try the flanwhich comes in a variety of flavors(menu Pic attached). Also try the Timba...oh my I could go on forever. Enjoy!
Took a road trip and found this place thanks to reviews on social media. What a great place. Owners and staff were great and friendly. Food was amazing. Love me some horchata and theirs was so delicious. Flans, cheese and everything that touched mytongue was delicious. This place is a must! We?ll make the 2 hour drive to go back!
The bacon in the Superdry sandwich was almost impossible to eat. Despite that, the sandwich itself was quite tasty, although the bacon was a major disappointment for me. I was expecting a crispy, thin slice of bacon, but instead got a thick, tough and overcooked piece. Other than that, the sandwich was delicious.
Everything on the menu is fantastic and worth the price. I particularly love the fried rice, the traditional Cuban sandwich (loaded with meat), and the Timba fried queso appetizer. Their homemade flans are also a must-try. Overall, superb quality! Réservez une table maintenant
