Flanagans Irish Pub

Irish pub in downtown that always seems to be pretty crowded, especially during festivals and events. We stopped in during the Dunedin Mardi Gras and it was packed but we were eventually able to get two seats at the bar. I had a Guinness draft and my girlfriend had a vodka tonic and we paid $11, so the price is definitely right. Aside from that, the bartenders were quick and attentive especially considering how busy it was. Will definitely stop in again when feeling Irish in Dunedin.

We ended up here and had a fantastic time! All four of our food items were delicious and our server Brandy took care of us not only while we ate, but also as we hung out after. She was super and we had a great time! The live music was not too loud as some places are and was very entertaining. We loved everything about this place!Dietary restrictions: They had a few pretty good gluten free options!I hate being gluten free but it's nice I could eat with everyone else

Went here to meet family to celebrate birthdays. It was my first time there...I liked the food. I had their Shepard's pie and the hubby had Fish n Chips. The outside wait was a bit obsurd, but in their defense they were busy. I do recommend as I did enjoy the food. The outside area was cute and someone was selling puppies this particular day.

We had a large group on a very busy day. They were very accomodating.. The service was great!! The food was very good although the fish was greasy. Maybe because they were so busy and flinging food out as fast as they could. Regardless, it was a great dining drinking experience! Sláinte!! Réservez une table maintenant

I had the salmon, and it was delicious! The service was great as well. I would definitely recommend this place. We happened to stop in the area and enjoyed our visit.

OMG. The food is sooooo good. I had fish and chips. I don't like beer brittle BUT Flanagans makes Ale broken fish that absolutely... Réservez une table maintenant

Great Irish pub. Great staff, very friendly. Corned Beef and Cabbage was some of the best I've ever had.

Local neighborhood pub, lots of English pub food. Bangers n mash to smoked meats and lovely staff.
