My cousin from Canada will call me up when she is in LA and we get to experience a local (black owned soul food if we can) cuisine together. This time it was flavor table and the food was solid! We were attended to right away and when seated our waiter Willie had all the energy and got our drinks right away. The shrimp in the crab and shrimp omelet are quite large, and they definitely don’t skimp on the portion, which is great given the high prices. Overall, it’s pretty good. The salmon croquettes were a bit salty this time, but I’ve had them before and they’re usually perfect. This might have just been a one-time issue. Overall, I order from here every time I visit LA, which is often, and they typically deliver a quality meal.

The food was excellent—served quickly but with great quality. The fresh fish and large shrimp were particularly impressive. I accidentally ordered the wrong style of egg, but I ended up enjoying them. The seasoned potatoes were also very tasty. The portion sizes were just right for both me and my husband.

The food was absolutely outstanding! The jambalaya omelette was the best I've ever tasted, and the portions were generously large. The chicken strips with caramel French toast were incredible! Now I’m eager to try the entire menu!
Oh.My.Goodness! I used to get the AMAZING shrimp grits all the time....and now I apos;m completely stuck on the Shrimp Crab Omelet (with a side of etouffé sauce) TRULY DELICIOUS! Flavor Table reigns supreme!
