I left a review while I was at the restaurant due to the poor behavior of the staff. After I paid my bill, the man at the counter yelled at me in front of other customers. When I requested a printed receipt, he refused and said they don’t provide them, which I found very rude. After reading other reviews, I noticed that the staff often responds harshly to negative feedback instead of addressing the actual problems. Furthermore, the man at the counter mentioned that he wasn’t concerned about negative reviews. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, as there are other places where you can enjoy authentic Indian cuisine with better portion sizes.
The restaurant offers a familiar menu along with some delightful surprises that enhance the overall experience. The Chettinad dishes were particularly well-prepared. The ambiance was pleasant, with a spacious and airy dining room, although the view of the ramp leading to the underground Westfield parking garage was a bit disappointing. The service was friendly and efficient, and the wine list was reasonable and well-priced. Overall, the quality of the food and service exceeded what one might typically expect from a location like this, especially given the affordable prices.
The serving sizes are so small compared to what you would get at Dosahut, with the same price. The Chicken 65 was hot, but dry. And with beef on the menu, I don't think I would need to elaborate further to say how (in)genuine Flavours of India is.
The restaurant offers a wide-ranging menu that includes everything from simple to exotic Indian dishes. It's truly impressive! While they no longer have daily specials, the prices remain reasonable.

Taste of the food was good but the quantity didn't worth the money.Also customer service should be equally good for Aussie and non Aussie (Asian). Customer Service should be equal to everyone.
