Flavours Of India - Réserver une table

We went for dining at the restaurant today (7:55 pm) but they said they only take tables till 8 pm and the restaurant closes at 9. No one was there at the restaurant, so they weren't busy. Even if it wasn't 8 they turned us away. Food there is always good but really bad service. Disappointed ?
