The food was fantastic. The service was anything but. The wine list is the worst in town and a far cry from what Fleming’s used to be. Wines by the glass are decent but nothing to write home about. We waited 10 minutes after arrival to be seated in a less than half full dining room. The server took forever to come and then was as inattentive as I’ve ever experienced in a high-end steakhouse. We asked for salt/pepper and it took 10+ minutes to get it. Time between served courses was sufficient for a Power Nap. I don’t like being rushed, but I don’t like being ignored either. Fleming était absolument délicieux. C'était la première fois que je venais ici et j'ai été agréablement surpris. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde au restaurant, donc j’étais un peu inquiet au début, mais ils n’ont pas du tout déçu. J'ai commandé le steak avec l'os avec une pomme de terre au four entièrement chargée, du macaroni au fromage et des choux de Bruxelles. Tout était absolument impeccable! Je ne saurais trop insister sur le fait que tout était cuit à la perfection. Même le steak bien cuit était juteux et incroyable. Our experience at the restaurant was amazing from the moment we arrived and valet parked. We were greeted by friendly hostesses and seated at our table. We started with the delicious Bleu cheese martini and old fashion with Basil Hayden, which were so good that we ordered a second round. The food was excellent! We enjoyed the Chilean sea bass and filet mignon, sharing each dish with each other. Our sides of creamed spinach and cauliflower were also flavorful. The portions were generous, from the duck to the supplements, and we left very satisfied and couldn't eat another bite. The overall experience was top-notch.
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait le choix de dîner chez Fleming pour notre anniversaire. Ils ont dépassé nos attentes avec le service et la nourriture. Chaque cours était incroyable. Le serveur, les hôtesses et l'équipe de service ont rendu notre soirée spéciale. Hautement recommandé

The ambiance was great. And the service was wonderful as well. We made reservations through open table and was seated quickly. Our sea bass, calamari, lobster Mac and cheese was very tasty as well. And the desert, chocolate volcano with 2 scoops of ice cream just put us over.
Our server, Richard, is a true professional. He made our visit to Fleming's one of the best dining experiences we've had in sometime. The hostess, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired.

Had to wait over 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. Food was excellent. Overall service was good.
