I really hate to write a bad review but I got food poisoning from their milk. Yesterday morning I went to Fleur and got a croissant and latte with whole milk. Immediately after, I started to feel sick and it got progressively worse until I had level 10 stomach pains and horrible symptoms (I'll spare you the details) a few hours later. It was a busy day so that's all I had eaten, I didn't have lunch, so I know it is from the milk. Now I'm bed ridden. They need to make sure their refrigerator is at the right temp and milk is not rancid I hope this didn't happen to anyone else.
Our family has loved Fleur Bake Shop from its beginnings years ago. We were so excited when they opened and promised authentic French pastries and breads. They continue to increase offerings and improve consistency year over year. It remains a weekly treat for us and our kids have inherited the addiction—their favorites are the sourdough muffins and cinnamon twists. I love the ham and Gruyère croissant and the coffee. Quiches and frittatas are delicious too.
First you are greeted by the wonderful smell and friendly staff!We have tried a little of everything and it has all been delicious!!They have a great selection of baked goods and a great custom cake service.We ordered two while we were in town, a carrot cake which was moist and flavorful and a birthday cake which was beautiful and the available flavor combination choice list was so fun to choose from.
Oh man, so excited they opened back up! I was getting withdrawal symptoms!The fritata didn't have the little black bits on bottom last time I went, so that was nice. The lemon tarts made a single tear roll down my cheek. And those little caneli things, oh man, it's like Eva Gardner kissing you with a mouthful of French toast.As always, the service was great!

Every time I come across a post featuring their food, it makes my mouth water, and I can assure you it tastes even better than it looks. The chocolate-huckleberry cakes are to die for! I can't wait to try their caramel reels and hearty rolls! Thank you for the amazing delivery!
Our first visit here was fantastic. We tried a scone and a ham and cheese croissant, and both had delightful textures and flavors. I'm truly glad we decided to sample them, and I feel fortunate to live far away, for the sake of my waistline!
Look, the pastries here were actually quite good. But the server put our rhubarb brioche into a paper sack haphazardly with our other pastries. The toppings went everywhere... That was just plain rude.
Beautiful bakery. Great customer service. Their macarons are DELICIOUS. Cinnamon buns also (pictured) were soo good cream cheese frosting was on pointe. Will definitely be back.

Such flavorful and perfectly textured treats! I love everything that I've tried, though my favorite is still the Basque cake. Whitney is awesome!
