a place where you have to feel comfortable. besides the wonderfully inconspicuously elegant ambiente, there are small things like the wooden menu and the tasty greeting from the kitchen where you can see the difference to the everyday restaurant. the results from the kitchen convince absolutely, and almost more important than anything else are the affinity and friendliness of the people responsible for the guests. with a lot of charm and joy at the job they give without great tamtam the visitors the feeling of speciality. who can afford it, he should often make a small holiday from every day and cut-out kitchen, and all the others should always enjoy this delicious time.
we were six in the fleur de sel, were very friendly received and felt immediately comfortable due to the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. we have chosen different menus and really everyone at the table was highly satisfied with the quality of eating, which is worth all honors and is fully up to a gourmet restaurant. the feed sequence is well matched, eating is cooked and excellently seasoned! the service forces are also praised for their professionality and ease of use. bravo, so you can imagine upscale kitchen!
A truly nice restaurant, very german, pleasantly decorated, in good style, but not too posh but good for fine dining.. The staff was very attentive and kind, even the restaurant was very busy in this pre-Christmas period. The menu has a good selection of dishes...for everybody and the chosen food was excellent. Also worth mentioning is the recommendable wine list. We all will come again, we can recommend the restaurant.
Amazing! As an Asian I'm quite picky in European food, but this restaurant is just too good to say no, food is fresh and delicious, the chef knows very well how to satisfy your tongue I normally eat fish here and this time the chef created a dish for me, excited and grateful!

The restaurant is nice and very clean. The staff was attentive and polite. We chose the course menu and every dish we had was presented nicely while the quality matched our expectation. All in all a nice restaurant in yhe small town of Maintal,...with french touches.
