IMEX reservation for lunch. If you don't want to be opened for lunch service during busy conference times, then don't. Between the hostesses and the manager, these three made quite the rude trio. All we asked was to increase the size of our group by 2 people and the excuse was the restaurant was completely sold out, which, was not true. The scattered reservations were seated in times the servers and the kitchen had more than enough time to accommodate the 1/2 full restaurant. We were there between the hours of 12-2pm and the restaurant was never completely full. Tables were sat in 15 minute increments giving the staff plenty of time to properly serve. We had the pear and endive salad which had a delicate but flavorful dressing. Waygu beef carpaccio was amazing as was the duck confit. Dessert was the symphony that had Grand Mariner soufflé, chocolate mousse, profiterole and an apple pastry. I’m not a big dessert fan because most desserts are way too sweet. It wasn’t the case here, good balance of flavor and textures. Our server Rachel was attentive, friendly and professional. Awesome dining experience
The staff were attentive and accommodating, specifically they made sure the food and drinks were good and had the right balance of attention without being intrusive. Every course was amazing but the salmon was simply next level. It was skin on and the meat was tender, moist and succulent with the gnocchi and vegetables being a perfect compliment to the star of the plate. You will have a great meal at Fleur
I needed to a person to our party/reservation. The host was not at all flexible. And the restaurant was empty!! We had to get the manager involved who then added the chair we needed to our table. Totally unnecessary. I made us on edge and we were entertaining clients!

we were here in february. fleur french bistro was the first restaurant we visited for this trip. eating was great, but my man was very disappointed, the French wobbles soup was no longer on the menu.
the only negative thing we have to say is the wait staff cleared plates from some while others were still eating. It is disruptive and awkward. None should be cleared until all dinning are finished.
Hosts were accommodating, but food was just ok. Cheaper steakhouse would put on similar. Servers took no interest in explaining the menu. Ambience was about as expected.
we had a steak that was boiled and then reboiled, and side-baked kartoffels were delivered cold.
