I contacted Flinch Bruns to make funeral arragements for my father who passed away rather unexpectedly. From the initial converstation with John, he was professional and kind. He answered all my questions even before I had decided to use his business. John guided me through the process in a sympathetic and responsive manner. He was very transparent about the costs and services that they offered. He did not try to upsell any of his services and was extremely conscientous about pricing since my family had limited resources. This is the kind of service that you need during such a difficult time. I will highly recommend this funeral home.
We planned my mother’s funeral arrangements ahead of her passing with Flinch Bruns Funeral Home. John Ferrante met with us was warm, caring professional. He told us what arrangements were available let us decide with no pressure. We were able to view the caskets ourselves informed John of our choice. Again no pressure to pick another at a higher price. We were pleased with my mother’s wake travel to the cemetery. John his staff were there every step of the way but in no way intrusive.I would highly recommend Flinch Bruns would have no qualms in using their services again when the need arises.
