The service here has really declined. It seems like the longtime waitresses are no longer around. We visited recently and were served by an older woman with yellow-dyed hair. Unfortunately, she misunderstood our order and brought us the wrong food. When we politely pointed out the mistake, we tried to keep things low-key to avoid making a scene, but she reacted surprisingly by yelling at us, claiming that we ordered it incorrectly. At that point, she was practically screaming. Honestly, $12 isn't a big deal for me, so in an effort to calm her down, I offered to pay extra just to get the correct order. I had an amazing experience at this coffee shop during my visit! The staff offered exceptional service, and my waiter was very accommodating with my limited English. He recommended the fantastic burger salad, and the dessert was absolutely exquisite. The atmosphere was both elegant and inviting. I honestly can't think of any negatives. I will definitely recommend this coffee shop to any coffee lovers!
The food here is abundant and absolutely delicious. The waffles are huge and just like the ones from Solvang. The pancakes are incredible. They offer a wide range of breakfast options, including some fantastic Mexican dishes. I will definitely be coming back for more. I even had to take home two boxes of leftovers. Everything was good, excellent, and amazing, and the service was great!
