a restaurant of 10! the place is very nice, and the truth you can see how they cook while eating is interesting. the attention of the waitress has been extraordinary, the attention received has dripped us much. and the food is blown, you are surprised by every dish they take, and you realize the quality of the product and the technique and professionalism by the chef and the companions! the ability to speak at the end of the meal with the chef himself is a point in favor, you realize how important it is for them, the enjoyment and the drop of each one. We'll really come back!
the restaurant of a free chestnut, is located in a beautiful old house of the city, with a modern and minimalist decoration where the white tones and the cosy corners predominate. the kitchen is creative, all with fresh seasonal products and Mediterranean fish. There is a tasting menu, so you can get to know part of your elaborate menu. to highlight the salmon on the dish with vinegar sauce and straightened with pine nuts to the honey and truffle croquette. service and attention is good and the prices suitable for the quality of the dishes.
pleasant surprise in the castellón center where this gastrobar is located, where the Sunday menu was simply perfect. the different dishes, original and very well executed. special mention shrimp soup with nitide of alcachofa. Although all the dishes from the entrance to the home dessert were a wonder. and the team in a super room delivered, friendly and that make the experience round.
Spectacular little restaurant near the city centre of Castellon de la Plana. We wore amazed by the food! We have taken the menu of the day which consisted in 8 delicious courses. The staff is very polite and the cooker is a real profesional. We strongly recomand this restaurant that needs a Michelin star!

impressive gastrobar dishes running differently but with result of 10. Sunday's menu is simply impressive. and the team that attends in the room is very professional and friendly of no more power. shrimp soup with spectacular crispy alcachoke.
The €18 menú del mediodía on Saturday was six courses of perfection. Very clever dishes, all with great flavour and well executed. We were so lucky to get in without a reservation, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Castellón.
good kitchen. when we went to eat we could only choose a menu in which everything was good, even if we had to try the punks. locally established but you could take care of more.
We ask for the muffin menu, the very nice waitress in all cute and attentive. I take a lot of the incomings, I surprise the very creamy cheesecake and original flavor.
