Flourish - Réserver une table

We have dined here several times. Feb. 7 was a new low. Service was extremely slow. The waiter made a mistake on our order. The steak was medium instead of the rare that I had ordered. And it was tough. For the price definitely not worth it. The waiter offered to take the steak back, but I find that never works. Everyone else winds up waiting until the new dish arrives. The noise level is deafening. Very hard to have a conversation. Altogether not worth the time or the price. Our female guest went to use the ladies room and fond a large pool of blood on the floor of one of the stalls. Definitely unappetizing.

The service was exceptional from the moment we got there throughout the meal. There was a tiny problem with my meal and it was corrected immediately with apologees from server, chef, and manager. This is the way any and all problems should be handled by every restaurant and/or hotel. I was very impressed with everything. We were treated with exceptional service and care. It was my birthday so it meant even more to have such a lovely evening. I know mistakes happen, especially when things are very busy. Flourish and Marriott Bonvoy know just how to make things right.

Food menu very limited and very poor presentation and extremely small portions compared to other restaurants

Stunning views from the patio. Food was delicious. No complaints at all.
