Tried Flower Child for the first time two nights ago. My son got the steak plate well done with mashed potatoes. It was delicious. It’s been hard finding something he can eat, that he likes and is healthy. The customer service was good and the ice is like Sonic or close to it. He has not been feeling well. It was so good that we decided to have it again two nights later. This time was the worst ever. The potatoes were extremely salty. That was the first issue. Then he was eating lumps which isn’t totally unusual for potatoes and this restaurant doesn’t beat them. After eating 6 lumps of potatoes that were extremely salty, he realized they were not lumps of potatoes but huge cloves of garlic....
During my vacation in Denver, I had the chance to try Flower Child for lunch and found it to be a delightful experience. The menu offered a wide variety of healthy options, catering well to those seeking nourishing, tasty meals. I opted for the Bird is the Word wrap, which was flavorful, although I would have preferred the broccoli served separately rather than inside the wrap. The restaurant ambiance, enhanced by tasteful decor, added to the dining pleasure, and the helpfulness of the cashier deserves a special mention for making the experience even more enjoyable.
My girlfriend and I are in Denver for vacation and we're looking for some good, healthy food to be delivered after a very long drive. We are both vegetarian and often find it a struggle to find good vegetarian and vegan options and healthy food. Flower Child checked all the boxes. Great vegan and vegetarian options and generally a good, healthy menu. Delivery was fast and experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend! Sorry no photos. We were starving and ate too fast. ?
The avocado ceasar salad was great except for the fact we found a piece of avocado skin in it which was just a little disappointing and unappetizing. Also, my friend ordered steak (medium rare) w her salad and it was cooked well but very very chewy. However, they did validate parking for two hours which was really nice. Loved the interior design and atmosphere. The rose petal lemonade was fantastic too, not too sweet or sour.

Flower Child always has some solid choices for lunch. And you gotta get the iced tea with some lemonade. The chicken enchiladas, Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes are my favorites. Prices are good and parking is validated.
Really, really delicious. I got the three sides because they all sounded so good and absolutely no regrets! Can’t wait to go back. Highlights were the Mac and cheese and the melon cucumber chili side. So tasty.
I found a few great vegan choices on the menu. I was pleased to see them available. I ordered the Thai Dye wrap and it was delicious. They also offer a variety of tofu dishes.
Beautiful place and relaxed ambiance. A variety of healthy food options, fresh and quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, delicious and nourishing. Highly recommend.

The menu is clearly labeled with a red circle for vegan items! I ordered the Mother Earth bowl with tofu and pudding, and everything was delicious!
I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant and there is something for everyone on the menu. It is a lively and health-focused chain restaurant.
