We ordered our meals and were asked to pay immediately by our unfriendly server. When we questioned this, we were told it was how our waitress preferred to do things. We paid and then waited and waited. Only two out of the three meals arrived, and when we inquired about the missing meal, we were told that this was not bad. For a training enterprise Flycup are very regimented in some ways, whilst very lax in others. They don't seem to value their customers. After a considerable wait I was informed that I couldn't have an item on the brunch menu as it was after noon. However, the clock on the wall indicated otherwise. It was frustrating as due to some activities behind the counter carried over to the delay in getting our order taken. When the table next to ours vacated, the clearers sorted out the dirty dishes on ours for several minutes before carrying them to the kitchen no acknowledgement was made that people were sitting eating their meal at the table. It is Christmas Day 2020 and we purchased a delivered Christmas dinner for three adults. I must say that it made our Christmas Day! Perfect from start to finish! The prawn cocktail starter was delicious, the turkey main beautiful, and the strawberry cheesecake and cream for desert, simply gorgeous! Thank you so much for the hard work that must have gone into the preparation, coordination and delivery of the meals! All perfect! Thank you all! This was our first order, we will be back next year for certain!
This cafe in Inverurie definitely serves the best homemade baked goods. I had heard great things and I was not let down. The strawberry tart, Victoria sponge, Baileys cheesecake, Mars bar cheesecake, and more were all delicious options to choose from. The atmosphere was lovely with a nice buzz. The staff and service were excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, this is the go-to cafe in Inverurie for a delicious treat. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at this charming cafe. The food was excellent, especially the soup and the Coronation chicken sandwich. The staff with disabilities were amazing, and the support staff were truly admirable for their work. The best part of my visit was seeing the staff having a great time while still being professional. The atmosphere in the cafe was delightful. I wouldn't mind getting the recipe for that delicious sandwich!
I went on the off chance of getting a snack today. I was really lucky, there was space. I opted for the chicken and veg stew and herb dumplings, they were delicious. Really tasty and the meal was really pleasing to the eye. I will certainly be back. I was going to have one of the pineapple and coconut scones but the had all gone. Never mind I have order some to take away tomorrow. Pleasant, polite staff, lovely meal.
Was impressed with the screens that divided and isolated the customers and the use of kitchen roll to clean table tops and chairs.... So many places use the same cloth!!! You wonder about their hygiene at home!!! Felt very safe.... Well done
First visit after a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Morning coffee with a lovely bacon roll and nice scones. Attentive staff with great service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent lunch today. Excellent chicken and broccoli lasagne followed by scrumptious strawberry tart. Can highly recommend.
