Will never go back again. They automatically charged us 20% tip since we were a party of 9 including 5 kids and the service was horrible. They weren’t even packed and we ourselves had to get up over 5 times to get our own utensils, napkins, ketchup etc since we kept asking for them and waitress never came back. We only got burgers and fries and the burgers were tiny and overcooked and dry and the bill was over $350. Ridiculously priced for mediocre food and horrible service. We also asked for the food to come 1st for the kids as they were hungry and the kids ended up getting the burgers a long time after the adults. Terrible experience.
If you're looking on Yelp at their food photo's don't expect to get a burger or Mac n cheese with pork they only did this as a special a while back. When you ask they laugh at you for asking. We ended up with the Mac n cheese, they added chicken on top that was raw!. The pork ribs over rice, the pork was 90% fat and 10% pork meat. The bartenders served everyone at the bar and throughout the whole restaurant, so be ready to order as they are going nonstop.
Fantastic! Sat at the chefs table for a birthday dinner. Server was attentive. Appetizers: Get the deviled eggs brussel sprout dish the flavors and preparation of both were delicious, flavorful and comforting. Make sure to save room for dinner! Shrimp and Grits was perfectly seasoned. I ended up taking some home! Didn’t have room for dessert, but others at the table got dessert and it look tasty. Food: 5
My boyfriend and I have been to the Flying Pig about three times. Each time we go, the staff is very attentive and accommodating. The food is always good. I recommend the Brussel sprouts! They're my favorite. The drinks are delicious and the ambiance is perfect for date night. I will definitely be coming more in the future. Overall the price reflects the quality.
