My husband and I really enjoyed this place. Since it was our first stop in Albuquerque, it definitely started us off with a great impression of this city. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice and helpful employee. She explained the drinks that I had never heard of (i.e. Pink or red drink), what was vegan friendly, and how the rewards system worked (I joined while we were driving there). All the Flying Star locations are pretty consistent, in my experience. There are a couple of vegan options (not a ton), but the staff is always knowledgeable about what vegan means and what options we have, so that helps a lot. I'm fond of their giant breakfast burritos, making a few modifications to veganize it. They have good coffee too, with almond and soy milk options. They do have a vegan chocolate cake, but I wasn't very impressed. A giant dessert bar, and just ONE vegan option? And the cake was okay, but not any more than okay. I came to this restaurant specifically for the vegan chocolate cake, which is outsourced and absolutely delicious. However, I was disappointed by the small portion size - there wasn't enough cake to balance out the flavors. I found it difficult to navigate the menu as it was unclear which dishes were vegan, and I was concerned that the cooking appliances and tools may not be dedicated solely to vegan dishes. As a result, I was hesitant to order anything else to eat.
They were okay. they had none of the objects that others have depicted, so no wings or this funny burger. they had a burger that was pretty good. the tacos are sweet, which was different and the pineapple paradise (that could be the wrong name) is literally pineapple juice that they either have flat water or sparkle, their choice for 5 dollars. So maybe they'll decide. the place is really beautiful and they can eat their dogs outside on the terrace.

The food here was amazing. The menu was clearly labeled with vegan and gluten free options, and many substitutions were available for things that weren't vegetarian. I got the stuffed veggie sub which was on a pretzel roll and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!!
The restaurant offers a delicious vegan street taco on their main menu, as well as indulgent 4-layer chocolate cake. It is a lovely spot to enjoy coffee and get some work done, with ample seating, cozy booths, and large windows. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

It is fun to go there, fun to choose, fun to eat! There are HUGE selection of food and drink, it is casual, great music, bright colors everywhere. The dessert is great!! Who couldn’t be satisfied??!!

There were only a few vegan menu choices available, but none stood out as particularly impressive. I ordered the dry burger and was underwhelmed by it.
They have vegan cake and it is delicious! Very chocolatey. Hit the spot.
