Some of the food at this restaurant is fantastic, but it can be difficult to get the attention of the staff, especially since there seems to be a minimum of three people required to get things done. Our server was cut in the middle of our meal, and the service took a significant downturn when he was sent home. When dessert finally arrived, I received a cake but was not provided with any utensils. I eventually had to ask a busboy for some. I've never experienced having a server leave in the middle of a meal before; it really disrupted the flow. They do have a team service approach, but the server was the only one who consistently checked on us and kept things moving.
Our table for our reservation was 30 minutes late, Our server disappeared half way through our meal and never made it back, we ordered some cocktails and they never made it; our waitress brought us a wine sample and never brought the wine after we ordered a glass! Food was great, service was less than mediocre and definitely not a fine dining experience!
We booked a reservation for New Year’s Eve and were seated over an hour past our reservation time, which we had for months and got there on time for. They were clearly overbooked. There was people pouring out of the restaurant with no where to wait. The tables were practically on top of each other.
We had an amazing NYE! Chris, the cook, made our night! His energy is infectious and helped us ring in the new year with fun and laughs. Our waitress was a joy. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate.

The table-side service was exceptional! The server brought an impressive variety of meats right to our table. The salad bar was a dream come true! I absolutely loved this experience!
Even with a reservation we waited 1hr to be seated. Our server was busy and took a while to get back with us on things like taking orders refills and the check.
We had reservations for 6:45 pm and we did not get seated until after 7:30pm and we were not the only ones. It was a disaster. I’ll never go there again.
