Later in the evening, I discovered a small bug in my martini. I calmly asked another server for either our waiter or the manager to address the situation. When she inquired about the issue, I explained what had happened. Upon inspecting the drink, she saw the bug and took it away. The manager, named Long, returned and dismissed my concern, claiming it was just a small speck. I refrained from causing a scene, even though I was about to consume something potentially harmful. The restaurant chain is exceptional. Each location has it's own plusses and minuses, but here the service was very good. Kyle was a terrific server and the manager during our dining experience was also very attentive. The hosts/hostesses helped us accommodate my grandmother who is in a long wheelchair, even providing her with a tray to keep above her lap. The staff was outstanding!
I had a great experience at Fogo de Chao, thanks to the attentive staff and delicious food. The restaurant's interior was also quite appealing. While many guests were celebrating in large groups over the weekend, the atmosphere remained family-friendly and upscale. I would definitely return for the tasty barbecue!
