WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Very nice design. and that’s it. Last night we had a corporate event at Fugo. 250 People with over a month reservation. Badly organized. We waited 2 hours to get our wine and I got a glass of water 1 hour later. they brought the wrong wine. then said sorry we have it anymore AFTER she had opened the bottle and begged for food, and got 4 little pieces of bread and 2 butters for 16 people on a table. 3 hours to get out dinner, Our waiters were rude refused to speak english and never apologized for anything ; they kept saying it’s not our fault, it’s the kitchen’s fault, we don’t have enough staff bla bla bla. I finally got my meal at 9:46 PM. I ordered chicken breast and...

Oufffff....blame it on Covid 19...maybe. Our cold welcome at Fogo 's was not a good start to our evening. We chose the table d 'hote menu because we thought it would be a sure bet. The starter salad was made of old brown lettuce and to sweet dressing,the shrimp bangbang had no bang at all,served with some sort of bbq dressing,no spicy mayo that makes this dish what it is,the half portuguese chicken was cold,dry and was not cooked to order,no charcoal taste or piripiri sauce on it to make it tasty..it was probably pre cooked chicken that was heated in the oven. Food is bland, overpriced and bad service. Drinks are pricey and don't taste a whole lot. Felt like I was getting robbed from the moment I got in, to the moment I paid. 200$ for 2 for some of the worst food I've had. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this place. I would've left when I got in but it was for a family member's birthday. Our whole group was unanimous about the food, it sucked. Probably a nice nightclub tho, they probably should stop serving food and keep it as a club. Was so frigging loud we couldn't understand each other at like 8pm ahah. I mean we're home, an hour after our evening, and I'm still pissed off.

When went out to have dinner there and its not disappointing. Vicky our great hostess that day took good care of us I highly recommend that you ask for her if you happen to check it out. Great food, ambiance and decor is amazing. Great staff and the food is freaking amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Great venue, excellent service and goo food. There was a good DJ the day we went and I cant wait to go back during the summer.
