I have been here with my wife on many occasions. I have also taken my children here multiple times. The food is great. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Every time I have been here I get seated quickly. The wait time for food is excellent. They don't try to push anything on you and they also don't try to rush you out like some places do. I would highly recommend trying this diner if you have not dined here. If you're not the type to eat out at a restaurant I recommend ordering take out. Thank you. I've been having lunch in this great diner for a few years after they opened up, I guess. I grew up in South Jersey and always thought they had the best diners, but this place is all so good if not better. I'm a VIP customer now and I've eaten there more often, lately. I want to try more and more of their delicious dishes. The service is also generally great. Dawn and Shane are absolutely fantastic!! The manager, Angela, is very warm/launish and very interested in the opinions of customers. Actually, she reads the reviews. I don't know what else to say except, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! It's always a pleasure to eat here! steak
Came in on New Year’s Day and the place was really busy but worth the wait. Was served by Jennifer who was kind and very attentive. Management was nice and seated me. I order the Broiled Salmon which comes with a side salad or soup AND two veggies. I appreciate the fact the sides are included and I was able to essentially have dinner at 1pm! Price was really reasonable for $24. When with the Home Fries, Greek Salad and Beans which all didn’t miss. Happy customer here. You couldn't pay me to ever return. Where shall I start? From the drug addict wait staff, noding off while standing taking orders( yes more than one to the horrible quality of food. This place should be shut down. Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't want any child to witness drug transactions and drug addicts high on drugs while interacting with others. The guy I was with had meatloaf that he said tasted odd and possibly not like beef. My food was okay but there was literally an inch of water at the bottom of the salad bowl which was the oddest thing ever. The waitress offered to replace it but the salad was not that good to begin with so I declined. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating and that's why I gave it 2 stars. The food at this restaurant is excellent! The scrapple is cooked perfectly and the waffle, eggs, and creamy grits were all so delicious that we didn't even have time to take pictures.
I absolutely adore Folcroft Diner! The portions are generous and the food tastes like it's made with love. Everything is homemade and delicious.
