Outstanding. This was our second time visiting Folium and we couldn’t have had a better second experience. We first visited some years ago and were so impressed at the time that we have not been able to forget about it and had to make a special trip back! The food is on another level. We cannot understand how they have not yet been awarded a Michelin star as some of the dishes they have created are equal if not better than some of the 2/3 Michelin star restaurants we have been fortunate enough to visit. Shhh! An absolute gem of a place. High end fine dining, every dish is superb but also works well with the previous dish. Great value lunches, refined wine list and fantastic friendly service. Like many places in Birmingham, it doesn't shout but once you've been you're bound to go back again... Just torn when it comes to telling others about it.. Or just keep it to yourself... Food: 5
