One of my favorite daily spots. They seem to have hit all the right notes. Located just on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, it's easily accessible with plenty of free parking—something that's almost unheard of these days. The decor is rustic and enchanting, featuring a wonderful display of local art. There's an excellent selection of delicious baked goods that will make anyone's mouth water, with options for those with food allergies or intolerances. While Bury St Edmunds has many chain cafes and restaurants, this independent cafe truly stands out. Great job!
Please disregard the few negative reviews, as they are quite rare. This café is truly amazing! They have adapted remarkably well to the changes brought on by the COVID situation. The outdoor seating area is spacious, and during my last visit, they even provided hot water bottles for guests—what a wonderful idea! That shows real customer care. They mentioned that they have a limited supply, but when customers bring their own, they will refill it for free! The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the cakes are lovely. Everything was brilliant!
This is the best place to grab breakfast in the Bury area. Great coffee, cakes and bacon. The service is always brilliant and there is a lovely cosy atmosphere in the space.
