Folkestone Kebab House

I've been using folkestone kebab for years now, it was always good until recently. I made an order that took hrs to arrive after being told mins for delivery. I called a few times to ask what was going on was told...the driver had gone missing? They said they'd send a new one another mins, I asked to cancel get my money back but they kept saying it was just coming, when it arrived it was stone cold. I'd already paid so not much I could do, i called them up to complain they apologised blamed the drivers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt put it down to a bad night. A couple of weeks later I ordered again, exactly the same thing happened, food went missing for over an hour, told them I didn...

Contrary to other reviews we have always had fabulous service. The quality and quantity are superb. Hubby normally has a kebab with chips and I always pinch a bit of both to put with my delicious salad which is always unbelievably fresh. I can't recommend...them enough. Perhaps the difference between our experience and others is that they have delivery, whereas we collect!

Ordered a take away on there website took nearly hour to arrive when it did part of the order was missing and the rest was cold when I contacted them and asked for a part refund they said no they said they would send...out the missing food but it would take an hour.Joke won't be using them again customer service was terrible.

usually quite reliable. that would make a 5 stars when they pack out there. in today's world there is no reason why they should still use styrofoam when there are so many better insulating and environmentally friendly alternatives available.

Received my order tonight no beer no chips was told would be sent out straight away was waiting minutes from when they said absolute joke thanks for ruining my dinner
