The food is beautifully prepared and the combinations demonstrate extraordinary talent in the kitchen Front of house is another matter. Unfortunately, we mixed up our table time and arrived 30 minutes late which we thought was on time whilst the other 1/2 of our party was a further 24 minutes late. I apologised profusely but the damage was done and the Head Waitress could not forgive nor hide her dislike. It spoiled our Meal and whilst we were in the wrong I would have hoped for more understanding. Surveying the scene, the whole front of house is rather robotic and clearly running scared (as we were) of the boss. She really needs to lighten up and allow everybody to enjoy what is extraordina...
Cenamos en la terraza y el lugar es agradable a pesar de estar tapada por las paredes de los otros edificios y no pasaba mucho aire en pleno agosto. Lo primero es que el 1° plato llegó a la media hora de pedir. Error en el 1° plato aunque se dieron cuenta pronto y vinieron a cambiarlo. Tuve que pedir mi bebida porque no me ofrecieron la posibilidad de pedirla. El 2° plato volvió a tardar más de 1/2 h. Eso sí, cobraron 2€/persona por estar en la terraza. La sopa de pescado, con tres mejillones y una gambita, muy justita. Los pies de cerdo estaban buenos. Fuimos por el nombre y establecimiento de toda la vida en Begur pero entendemos que muy normalito todo. Total 105€ para 3 personas.
Estuvimos cenando en la terraza, un lugar estupendo para una cena de verano. El personal y el servicio estupendos y la comida EXCELENTE. Os recomiendo los canelones y el solomillo al foie. La relación calidad precio también me pareció muy buena, incluso me pareció barato para lo que comimos. El postre también estaba bueno pero he de reconocer que yo no lo categorizaría como Tiramisu. En fin, seguro que volveremos por la calidad de vuestros platos y por el servicio que fue estupendo

We thoroughly enjoyed both the meals we ate here. All of the food was tasty however my wife ordered the seafood stew with lobster and was completely overwhelmed by the enormous portion size. Attentive but not intrusive service, lovely food and a reasonably priced selection of wines.
Family restaurant that stands out for home dishes and its wine menu with several references. and its strong point: desserts, offer a bakery cart made by the charging station.
Slow service and over the top prices. The charged us 7€ for two already served glasses of what they called coke (not even a can).
Nos ha gustado mucho este sitio. Local agradable, comida rica y gente amable. Muy recomendable!
