We came across this by chance when walking from the Coronas Playa Hotel in Costa Teguise on our way to Arrecife. we stopped in to purchase some water and that's when we saw the menu and agreed that on our return journey we would stop off for lunch. Walking time between both locations , approximately 25 -30 minutes The first thing we had to overcome was the language. Me, a little Spanish, the bar staff ,slightly less English. One phrase of paramount importance to me was Sin Gluten ,I am celiac so all my food has to be Gluten Free (GF) and almost immediately we were on the same wavelength. the fondeadearo a bar restaurant of all life . rich food, homemade food , economic prices is a place where it is very well served, it is on the edge of the road , but there is a vercano dconde parking lot leaving vehicle, it is always found. recommending the vegetable sandwich is very complete, it is tasty. very tasty fish and meats. the dessert of the house. Grandma is delighted. good attention. recommended. puts menus, are very complete, for a really cheap price
This gem is a well kept secret. At lunchtime it is busy and bustling. There is an excellent 3 course menu but the tapas are wonderful and the majority are between 2.50 Euros and 3. One of my favourites is pulpo in mojo which is very tender octopus in a local spicy sauce. In the evening it becomes more of a restaurant and is a lot quieter but the food is good, cheap and spanish and highly recommended.
Went to this restaurant on recommendation of where we were staying as we like to eat where the locals go.Went on a Monday evening at 6.30 pm. By then they had run out of most of the Tapas. The main course fish of the day we had was very disappointing-was plain with no flavour. As others have mentioned they only speak Spanish. Réservez une table maintenant
