Fontana At The Biltmore

Shameful disregard of the standard of excellence one expects at The Biltmore. The place is grand, yet very tired. A faded beauty. The dining room deserves to be closed if what they served us is the best that they can do. We went for Miami Spice where we have enjoyed many wonderful meals in the Miami area. Fontana's kitchen treated us as unwanted guests. All three courses were not even at the level of mediocre. Each of them could be purchased at a local grocery store and slapped on plate. Food was unremarkable — we expected better. The frito misto was very good and order was ample for two. The large serving of pappardelle bolognese was good and plentiful but otherwise unremarkable. The albariño was very nice, and service in covered outdoor patio was excellent. Ambiance/setting is beautiful, but that evening it was hot and humid, so would have preferred AC indoors

The hostess/seating staff and dining manager were not accommodating at all. Did NOT make us feel welcome even though my guest, Dr. Casuso, is a regular patron of the restaurant. It took them over minutes to seat us even though the restaurant was practically empty. Certainly not up to the Biltmore standards! Very disappointing experience. Will not be returning for dinner service

This was our first time to visit the Biltmore hotel and we loved the grounds and the buildings and peaceful atmosphere. The food was great we had the Miami spice menu and the snapper was wonderful and my wife had the ribeye and loved it although she couldn’t finish it because it was quite large. Overall we would love to return to Fontana and maybe even book a room next time Réservez une table maintenant

From start to finish “Horrible” I went to celebrate my sister’s birthday but from the welcoming of the front desk hostess to the slow service, horrible poor tasting food, it was all a big disappointment

We were celebrating our anniversary. Our service very good however, the food lacked in taste. We both had the pork chops which we love and eat with some frequency in other restaurants

Amazing service, delicious food, and great ambience! Only recommendation, background music would be wonderful to set the vibe even more! Highly highly recommend for a romantic dinner

One of the most pleasant restaurants in South Florida. The biltmore is very special. Very good food and service and good value. Réservez une table maintenant
