this restaurant had the worst service I had already lived in my life. the waiter was extremely rude all the time when we arrived and sat down he told us to take our hunting of the chairs when we asked after the bill he did. not let us share the bill in two cards, he said he only accepted cards over € we asked him why not accept because in all restaurants we were always accepted and no one told us about it before we did our restaurants. he began to be more rude and stupid with us and when we asked him to remove the service from the account, he threw my credit card on the table and said we had to pay with cash. we are two young girls who had a nice time in berlin, so when the waiter in the food lounge berlin was consistently rude and forced us to tap more than what we already had, it has left a bad taste in our experience of berlin people. he still shouted “more tips” until we had given drinking money, which is unfair because we cannot afford to tip every waiter he was intimidating, restless, rude and unprofessional. When I asked his name, he said it was “Yarek” I am not sure if that is his real name or whether I spell it right. I would advise people not to go to this restaurant.
Ummm mixed three of our 4 meals were great. The waitress was pleasant. However when the €20.00 streak turned up over cooked and no one came and asked if all was alright and then we spoke to the waitress who said she couldn’t do anything, the. Go the manager who tried to tell us his fillet steak was lumpy and therefore cooked unevenly. What a joke! So I would say Aviod there are better places. And the other comments about the tip are true too.

The first mistake is not read the reviews before going to this bad restaurant. The waiter told us that we can only pay by card if the bill is over € (this is completely bs) He insisted you give him a of the bill, I told him that it's not mandatory and I don't have to, then his colleague jumped in and blabla. The worst restaurant in my life. If you have a choice between McDonalds and this, don't think, pick McDonalds.
Nice little place with plenty of outdoor seating however it’s covered by a glass roof so even if raining you can sit outside which is nice. Staff was really nice and let us have a look at the menu before seating down, service was fast and the food taste great my only issue was I felt the portions were a little small but that aside the food was great. Be sure try this place out if your about.
good German kitchen restaurant with decent furnishings and good service. to be honest, I read the negative reviews before I visited the restaurant and judged it based on them, but I don't have any of the verified problems. the meat was great, no problem with the service or the bill, salate and suppen were the best I ate at my 3 day visit in berlin. I would recommend it.
we liked the place, the service and the food. it is beautiful, near there is a fountain for children to play. are very good. I recommend .

if they want to eat tricatel and rediscover the aromes of the kantine, they have found the right place for them.
