Giving 1 star just bcz cant give 0. Me nd my friend been here on a wednesday night,first nd last time. Prices doesnt match neither quality or service. We paid 16£ for a chicken kebab and fries that plastic tastes better with no drink included (basically McDonald's its cheaper nd better). While we started to eat other people started to come in and i think the owner just to show his staff he was helping with something for how busy they were he came out of nowhere nd started to sweep right next to us while eating,very smart,i like dust in my fries instead of salt. But this is not the reason im giving 1 star usually i never lose time on reviews on places like this actually i never leave reviews...
I accidentally left my bag at this restaurant after a night out, which contained my passport. When I called the restaurant, they said they had my bag and asked me to come back the next day. When I arrived at 12 pm the following day, the staff member told me to come back at 8 pm, which I found odd. He then informed me that another staff member had taken my bag home. I found his behavior slimy and inappropriate, and when I returned at 4 pm as advised, he rudely told me to come back later. Frustrated, I sent my dad to retrieve my bag around 6 pm. I have now visited on two occasions and really enjoyed my food. On the first visit I had chicken kebabs with rice, chips and salad. GOOD portion sizes... It was tasty but the chicken to sides ratio could be better . The second time I tried the chicken burger freshly cooked, tasty, delicious! The service is good and the woman particularly is really tasty. Only thing I would add is it's a little overpriced for what it is ... but I guess you are paying broad street prices!
Waited 2 flipping hours and they couldn’t deliver. Then they ended up saying it’s been delivered when nothing has. One of the worst places to go and clearly they got a 3 star review for a reason. Don’t buy from here ever. If the owner sees this you should closed down and go home. At the same time they turned the telephone line off

The food was disgusting. I never knew a kebab could be so bad. The service was even worse. They were miserable, surly and accused us of not paying. I knew I had but the horrid man insisted we hadn't. Looked up other reviews and this is their stock in trade...crooks. Obviously taking advantage of drunks on club nights. BEWARE!
The elderly man was impolite. Additionally, he placed the chicken back from one of the red trays that a customer left on the table. Since they did not eat it, he put it back in the glass display. Disgusting.
Forn convenience decent place to eat For lunch. Pizza was good and drinks decent price not to over the top and it's Halal. So if your around its convenient to grab a bite.
I have a milk and egg allergy. I clearly stated multiple times if they are sure it doesn’t contain any. After my first bite of the chicken kebab, I had a severe reaction

Four of us had kebabs, all four of us have had bad stomachs and sick. Very disappointing for expensive takeaway.
Stopped here for food late and it was tasty but a bit overpriced.
