Management -well specifically the female bar manager that made it her business to tell me she has been a ?worker? for 9 years at this place, needs a lot of training on customer service. More specifically maybe she needs a therapist to help her learn to deal with her own disappointments in life that are manifested via her nasty attitude. In customer service, you should always look for solutions not for the business to take a lost but to ensure that a facilitation of a win -win approach occurs for the customer as well as the business. This is a fantastic sports bar with a friendly and relaxed vibe. The food is absolutely amazing—don't miss out on the Daytona wings and beer-battered fries if you haven't tried them yet! The staff, both in the front and back of the house, are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional customer service. They have all the sports packages for seasonal games, and I believe they also show boxing and mixed martial arts pay-per-view events. Plus, they host a themed trivia night every week!

The wings...oh my gosh...I always order wings when I deliver to this place, and they have never disappointed me. The staff is really friendly and always ensures that everyone is well taken care of.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered a few different things for pick up. Descriptions are with the pics. We will definitely order again so we can try other items!
