I love everything about this place. The food is so good and the people are genuinely friendly. I have had their hot food and also their refrigerated to go food. My favorite so far is the tamale lasagna and the from scratch gluten free chicken pot pie.Dietary restrictions: It 's the only place that I have found in Monroe where I don 't have to worry about my dairy allergy or my gluten issues. The best part is that the food is legitimately tasty. Even if I didn 't have these issues, I would still like the food here. I also like that they support local farmers.
This place is my favorite in West Monroe. So fresh and delicious every time. Tastes like home cooking. They offer two entrees and several sides to choose from every time. Gluten free and dairy free found in West Monroe! Do yourself a favor and visit this hidden gem. I struggle to find GF food when I travel, but I found this and wasn't disappointed. Owners were amazing. They have to go snacks, food and drinks as well as sit down dining for lunch. A Must try for healthy food in West Monroe
I can’t even believe I found this little gem. So many gluten free options. There were to-go items as well as a small grocery store for shopping. All the food was delicious. It’s definitely worth a trip even if you aren’t gluten and dairy free.

really nice little place. the coffee next door is great, the staff is friendly and eating is good. I'm forced to give ot 5 for the best salate I've ever had, and I hate salate so I'm as confused as you.
As a person with a couple of different food restrictions, I know I can always get a nutritious hot lunch here that fuels me for the rest of the work day!
