Long ago, in a town far, far away, a loving but forgetful husband realized he'd forgotten to make dinner reservations for Valentine's Day. Searching the phone book, he came across Ristorante Forli, a 10 minute drive from home. He called and they graciously accommodated his last minute request for a table. He and his wife were treated to the best Italian dinners imaginable. Forli became their favorite restaurant and even after moving to Arizona, the wife always made it a point to dine at Forli whenever she returned to the East Bay for any reason. We put a group together on a Friday night, enjoying drinks appetizers while listening and dancing to a live band. (no cover charge! I was here for a family birthday with a party of 33. We enjoyed the use of their party room. They had excellent service. I had the veal marsala as the main. The fried calamari. All the food was cooked right and tasted delicious. I recommend this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent food and wonderful ambiance. We used to go to Forli regularly, then the pandemic hit. We need to get back in the habit so this wonderful and convenient restaurant remains. It is a great restaurant and I encourage all to go.
Restaurant has been remodeled and it's a really cool open light interior now. We only were there for happy hour. Discounted drinks and appetizers. The pizza was really good! We also tried the fried calamari which came with 2 sauces.

Recently had dinner at Forli and we were disappointed. The pricing is too high for the quality of food. Americanized Italian food and not worth the high price.
