Forn Ca'n Molinas

Panadería isleña histórica ubicada en un pueblo de cuento de hadas. Es popular por la coca de patata y la ensaimada. No soy un experto en estos productos horneados, pero probé varias variaciones durante mi estadía y esta fue la mejor. Masa suave con buen aroma cítrico, no demasiado dulce. El café también es bueno. La terraza trasera ofrece un oasis de tranquilidad.
