The Confiserie Fornerod is one of several places with outdoor seating in attractive pedestrian area Grande Rue. We were also in other places on this street, but before departure from Morges we decided to have a coffee and a snack here. Perhaps we were influenced by the brochure 'In the traces of Audrey Hepburn ', a resident for 30 years, that is almost half of her life, by near Tolochenaz. When she came to Morges, she apparently loved the Confiserie Fornerod, as she had a very sweet tooth despite her ever slim figure. The place was absolutely packed on an Advent Saturday and it turns out that it is for good reason. They have an amazing offer of cakes and pastries, including a fantastic wine pump, the traditional local cakes with apple and pear. The visit is worthwhile for a bite alone.

It's a tea shop. Wasn't serving hot food at 1400 on a Saturday. Cost CHF 25 for a sandwich, pastry and hot chocolate. Nothing wrong with it but don't make an effort to go

It is not s restaurant but a good place for coffee, tea and good bakery and pastries Great location on the main Morges road . Very busy on the market day

Large pastries, bread and breakfast! Open Sundays that are unusual in Morges. Beautiful exterior and interior seats and it is bigger than it looks!
