Located near Fremantle, this new pizzeria has quickly become a favorite of ours. The authentic smell of Neapolitan Pizza fills the air as soon as you walk in. We were impressed with the delicious vegan cheese, which is not at all gluey like some options. While it does cost an extra $4, we believe it is worth it. For those looking for inspiration, we recommend trying our favorite pizza combos: 1) Capricciosa without ham and with vegan cheese, 2) Ortolana with vegan cheese, 3) Funghi with zucchini cream instead of truffle cream and vegan cheese, 4) Gerace with vegan cheese and rosemary potatoes, 5) Nonna Iolanda without speck and with vegan cheese. This restaurant serves the best Italian pizza within a thousand kilometer radius. They offer vegan cheese, providing us with 2 or 3 different options. I tried the vegan version of the vegetarian pizza with added rocket, as well as a vegan calzone on another visit. They also offer margherita pizza or the option to create your own with additional toppings. I highly recommend this place!
