fortyone fine food supperclub – this name stands for one of the most exciting culinary experiences in the city. What the highly talented chef duo Sascha and Thomas Mosbach conjure up is hard to beat in terms of creativity, and at the same time, it simply tastes great! I 've often experienced haute cuisine trying to be innovative at all costs, but artfully cooking past the guest 's palate: The main thing is bed foam napping... , we all know that. At fortyone, I 've seen and tasted even simple products like a celery root glow in a way that is almost impossible to describe. It 's a mixture of total love and connection to nature and its fruits, coupled with a cheerful, cheeky sense of adventure...
