Foschinis Brick Oven Kitchen

I'm not sure what's happening with the reviews, but I have to say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in New Jersey. I think it really depends on who’s cooking; a wood-fired oven can produce either incredible or mediocre pizza. Perhaps I receive special treatment since I live nearly an hour away, but they recognize my voice because I’ve been a customer since their opening. In fact, I visited when they were still building counters and shelves, and they even served pizza back then while they were perfecting their oven technique.

I ordered from Uber Eats, and the food arrived right on time! It was nice and warm, and the portions were generous. Everything was incredibly delicious, and I can't wait to make this my go-to place for takeout. I wish I had taken some pictures, but I devoured all the food so quickly that there’s nothing left to show for it!

This restaurant has truly surpassed all my expectations! I ordered the chicken Alfredo, stuffed mushrooms, and chicken penne pesto. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Wow! The white pizza here is incredible! I absolutely love this place—it's officially our new go-to pizzeria! I can’t imagine ordering white pizza anywhere else!

I was disappointed to find that the fish served with the chips was frozen, especially considering the price of £16.00. It was a terrible experience.

This is the first Chicken Parm Pizza I’ve had that truly tasted like chicken parm, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly as well.
