expecting to be blown away is eating. Simply said, one of the best pubs for eating in Nottingham city center. we had a bass bowl and black pan for the net, with a strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Oh, my word. my partner couldn't stop rapsodizing over everyone, and at the end we just wanted more. the service is great, the beer was refreshing, and the atmosphere relaxed. Overall, I recommend fothergills as one of the places to eat in nottingham.
Compliments to the chef the food here was absolutely divine there was just a slight mixup on what we ordered but this was resolved within 1 minute it was actually amazing service from the restaurant and the staff were really nice and friendly if anyone does read this review you must come here soak up the view outside and inside paired with some cider or beer and just enjoy the mouthwatering godly food this place serves :D
Staff are lovely, beautiful setting, lovely to watch the world go by. Would have been 5 stars for the staff alone, however, ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio £21) and It was not to my taste so ordered a gin and tonic which was over £10! I don’t mind paying but neither drink was worth the price
Had a excellent meal and excellent service from you guys shortly after 4pm today. Very friendly, polite and prompt. The menu is great and the portions are generous in my opinion. The cheesy garlic bread was huge. Thanks again Réservez une table maintenant
absolute best Sunday roast I had ever had (have roasted their apricot lentil nuts and my partner had the garlic thyme chicken.) so full of taste! the personal was also great. very attentive and friendly.
