They opened again. While man and I are not permanent residents in the area, we spend a good part of every winter in Alpharetta and FSE is something of a tradition for our annual holiday party with family or for if we want a nice dinner date. We have eagerly waited for the new place to come to life (ok, I will admit to stalking their social media on several occasions) and our Christmas evening dinner here this year certainly not disappointed. The new room is open and modern, with design finishes that still remind me of the previous restaurant. A nice note. The food is as wonderful as I remember. Fantastic dine in experience on New Years Eve! We had the Mushroom Ravioli as an appetizer and it was delicious! order bread with it to soak up all of the deliciousness after you eat the ravioli you will thank me later. Chicken Bolognese was my main accompanied by an Oleo Fashioned, both were spectacular. Probably the best old fashioned I’ve had. Go here, and enjoy.

Absolutely lovely! Escargot appetizer was juicy and loved the crispy baguette to suck the juices. My mushrooms ravioli was just as good as candy. The Port wine truffle sauce was excellent. My husband's entree hanger steak was tender and very well seasoned. Definitely return to try other menu items.

Staff are superb, with high attention to detail and customer service. The food quality, taste and presentation were top notch. I think it is Michelin worthy.
