I've been coming to this place on and off for several years. During that time, the positives have gradually faded while the negatives have become more noticeable. The waiting times are ridiculous for a café. First, you wait 5+ min to get a menu. Then you wait again for your food. And if you decide you'd like dessert after your toast, you'd better walk up to the counter yourself. The only thing that arrives at your table quickly is a bottle of tap water. The food quality is all right, but the portion keeps diminishing each time I visit. The last time I was there, I was served two tiny pieces of bread that barely added up to a single slice. That's something I've never seen at a breakfast place...
Went to this coffee shop today and honestly the food was very good but, one of the women who’s working there was extremely mean. I can’t imagine you can be so mean with the costumers. When she brought me a bottle of water I ask , if there is a colder water she answer with attitude : “ that’s coldest you can get” I will never visit this place because of the bad attitude of this woman.
This place is located at a super nice and very tranquil plaza in the heart of Madrid. I didn’t get a chance to sit down because it was packed. Outside and inside. And people were already queuing up for a table. But everything I saw looked delicious. But I just got a cappuccino to go. And it was very good. One of the best cappuccinos I had in Madrid.
I’ve been coming here every morning of my trip because it’s that good. The coffee is delicious, the toasts are soooo good and yeah the service can sometimes be a little slow, but the waitresses are so lovely you can’t hold it against them.

Lovely service, with option to have croissant and fritz kola, and close to center but still hidden and calmly place. Recommended visit.
menu can be improved, especially the toast plates. service was a bit slow, and the coffee was not that good. yet the atmosphere is nice
We went in the morning, but there was no barista. They were just smoking outside.
My favourite coffee and brunch here! The outdoor seating is amazing!
