The ice cream at this place is outstanding, and the portions are quite generous. I ordered an ice cream cake yesterday and paid for it right then. However, when I returned to pick it up today, I was asked to pay for it again. The two young staff members appeared uncertain on how to address the situation when I informed them that I had already paid. I then suggested they reach out to the girl who worked yesterday to verify my payment. They did, and the issue was ultimately resolved. They definitely need improved supervision and a more efficient system for managing special orders.
As a first-time visitor, I was really impressed by the stunning ice creams. We sampled the Italian ice cream in Sour Patch and lemon flavors, and the kids absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed the sandwich ice cream served on a warm cookie, which was delicious. The cone ice creams were great too. Parking was easy to find, and the outdoor seating area was a nice touch. However, the service was just average, and I wish they accepted credit cards! Not everyone carries cash, and I wasn’t eager to pay extra for using their ATM. Overall, it was a decent experience.
I typically have positive experiences at this restaurant, but tonight was a total letdown. I ordered a vanilla chocolate swirl cone dipped, but the server informed me that they could only serve it in a cup. When I suggested placing the cone inside the cup, she looked at me as if I were crazy. I also ordered strawberry ice cream, but instead, I was given some sort of Dole product that didn’t taste like ice cream at all. In the end, I spent $15 and could only take three spoonfuls before having to toss it in the trash.
Very bad experience? I usually go to 4 boys and its Italian ices are decent but after today?s incident , I will not be going back. My daughter has dairy allergies, so for her we either get the Italian ice or vegan flavors. Today we clearly asked the staff for their vegan ice creams and then chose vanilla out of the options. As soon as she had 1-2 spoons, she had an allergic reaction and said she could ? taste the difference? . Luckily she doesn?t have severe allergies but for

went to this place about 1.5 hours before closing. Lights on and sign said open, website said closed at 11pm was 9:30. Stood outside with another customer and the girls just ignored us and did not say anything. After a few minutes of waiting finallyasked and they said they where closed. You can't trust the times of this place because they close early. Also the staff does nottreat people humanly when they do. I would avoid this place, unless this problem is addressed.
First timer . Nice ice creams . We had Italian ice (sour patch and lemon) and kids loved it ????.. we also had sandwich ice creams on a raisin cookie .. it was good . Cone ice creams were also good. Parking facility is good.. there is also a spot to eat outside . Service was ok. Wish they accepted credit cards ! Not everyone carries cash and I don?t wanna pay extra for using their atms. Normally good from what I recall but what a trainwreck tonight. Asked for a vanilla chocolate swirl cone dipped and she said they could only do a cup dipped... I asked if she can put the cone in the cup and she looked at me like I was crazy. Alsoordered strawberry ice cream and got some dole stuff? Don't believe that was ice cream. 15 dollars and literally had 3 spoonfulsand threw it in the dumpster.
Had the medium frozen yogurt (twirl), had to toss it in the garbage after 2 bites. Taste was quite sad. The place looked really lit and nice, and the staff was friendly. However the ice cream can not be below average for a ice cream shop. They need to fix, or lose more customers like me.

The maple walnut flavor is excellent, and the soft chocolate with chocolate sprinkles is delightful as well. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy some ice cream and then take a stroll in the park. Just a heads up, they only accept cash! Fortunately, there's a Chase Bank nearby.
