They even use family members to help out on occasion in the bakery. I phoned and left two messages. Never got a call back. When I did phone back the person on the phone was not at all business saavy I said I was trying to order about a dozen cupcakes and never got a call back. I actually repeated this twice. She had no idea what I was talking about and said to hold on and went to find a person presumably an owner/manager. If you are into vegan and organic then this is the place for you. I pretty much loved everything I tried-vanilla cupcakes, maple cookies, snickerdoodles, and the salted maple cupcakes. They have chocolate, but they use dark chocolate and I prefer regular chocolate. My son tried the vanilla confetti cupcake and I think he preferred something sweeter or he just wasn't used to the taste since it was vegan. I still highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Cupcakes and cookie of the day were $3.50 and cookies were $3.00.
I really love their cookies and drinks. Everytime I get their cookies, I want to go back, but I probably won't. I was disappointed when that last I went, I had my baby in a stroller and it was struggle to get up the stairs and get down the stairs. There was 5 people working at the time. The workers weren't doing anything and it would have nice for someone to ask if I needed help since the place is not wheelchair accessible. Lucky someone going into the bakery help me out get down the stars.
But I have to rave about the cookie that came straight from bakers' heaven! It was a chocolate chip and marshmallow cookie. When I broke it in half, gooey marshmallow oozed out like melted mozzarella on a pizza. I couldn't help but let out a little moan because it was that delicious. My neighbor took a bite and was instantly enchanted. If you ever manage to catch them open, make sure to get this cookie. You won't regret it!

I have no food restrictions so I thought I should try gluten free. They never disappoint. The cupcakes are so delicious. I love the vanilla ones but I need to get outside the box. For some reason I don't feel like I am cheating eating their treats.
I absolutely love this place! The cupcakes are fantastic, bursting with flavor while maintaining perfect texture and taste. I just wish we could order inside again; hopefully that will happen soon!
