The food was good, though not necessarily memorable. The service was excellent, with a very attentive waitress. The Broccoli Caesar was exactly what you'd expect; it feels like something you could easily make at home. The octopus didn't really need the toast, though the toast itself was perfectly grilled. Eating them separately was quite enjoyable. I'm unclear on the purpose of the celery slices. The Brussels sprouts were small and had a sweet and sour flavor—decent, but nothing special. The Branzino was solid, nicely fried, and looked large, but it wasn't very filling. Overall, a decent experience.

The service at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. While the appetizers, particularly the chickpeas, are definitely worth trying, we were disappointed with the quality of the pasta in our main courses. The carbonara could be better described as brown butter ravioli with guanciale, and the Bolognese was overwhelmingly dominated by the flavor of rosemary. One would expect a darker ambiance, but the music playlist felt completely out of place. There is certainly untapped potential here, but we probably won't be returning anytime soon.

We had dinner reservations for 5:30 PM and arrived early, and we were seated without any issues. Our server was outstanding and walked us through the menu from start to finish. Although we had a general idea of what we wanted, our server provided perfect guidance based on our hunger level, recommending the ideal choices. We truly appreciated this, as we ended up feeling satisfied without being overly stuffed. Everything we had was fantastic, especially the focaccia!

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're eager to explore new and delicious flavors. For two people, I suggest ordering at least four dishes to share. The portions are on the smaller side, but it's worth trying as many different items as possible.

Overall, the food is decent, which is why I'm giving it three stars. The pasta is a bit on the salty side, although I do appreciate the texture. The service could be a bit quicker as well.
