Every time I’ve eaten at Francesca’s I’m reminded of what a great option it is; friendly staff, excellent food, upscale without pretentiousness. This time I brought my kids and they both really enjoyed it; happy to have another place they’ll look forward to dining

We were particularly impressed with the serving staff--very caring and sincere about wanting our experience to be a good one. The food was very good. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return for a dining experience that could be counted upon

We always have a great meal at Francesca north. The tables are spaced apart and they also offer outdoor dining. Service was great. Manager was very accommodating and checked in our table multiple times

No birthday dessert was offered to us but the table next to us got one. Felt discriminated against. It’s not fair that they don’t do that for all patrons who choose their restaurant for a celebration
