The food here is amazing, but the service at the front counter has been quite poor lately. During my last call, I accidentally got hung up on twice. When I went to pick up my food, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for half of my order, even though it was sitting right on the counter. This was because the front counter staff was preoccupied with two incorrect orders instead of completing mine. The women up front were arguing loudly with the kitchen staff in broken Spanish, and there was a long line of customers waiting.
We decided to try this restaurant for the first time since we had a coupon, and it’s hard to resist getting two pizzas and a dozen garlic knots for just $32. The sauce is outstanding—packed with flavor and a blend of spices you can really appreciate. However, my wife noted that the staff seemed a bit aloof during pickup, which made her feel less than welcome. Regardless, we would definitely be willing to come back and give it another try.
I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive, and when it finally came, the slices were all uneven. The pizzas were burnt, which was really disappointing. To make matters worse, they charged me for wings but sent garlic knots instead. When I tried to resolve the issue, they insisted that I pay for them again. I've been a regular customer, placing multiple orders each month, but after this experience, I won't be returning!
I gladly make the trip from Old Bethpage just for their amazing Palermo wrap. The pizza is delicious, with a perfect crunch and a well-balanced sauce. What really stood out to me was the look on my wife's face when she saw how beautifully her salad with grilled chicken was prepared. It was clear that the cook put in extra effort. I was completely won over, and now I often call to place orders for pick-up.

The pizza was fantastic, with an impressive variety. They offered several different chicken slices and even had pepperoni bites, which is something you don't find at most places anymore. This was a great discovery, and we will definitely be returning! It's hard to believe we've lived in Plainview for two years without trying it before.

A 10-inch pie for $15 is one thing, but charging an additional $3 for each topping, pushing the total cost of a 10-inch pizza to over $20, seems excessive. While it was really delicious, I don't think it was worth the price.
The best regular slice on Merrick Road! I sampled a few of their specialty slices as well, and they were fantastic. I really think they’re doing an amazing job, especially since they just opened recently!

I tried it for the first time today, and the spinach artichoke grandma pie is hands down the best pizza I've ever had! Everyone loved it! I would give it a 10/10!
