I'm not sure if it was due to the delivery instead of dining in, but the pizza was cold and the cheese didn't seem to be melted properly, almost as if it was added as a last minute decision. The toppings were quite sparse, but the crust and the additional seasoning were delicious. I opted for the standard vegan option, but I have definitely had better pizzas elsewhere.
I regret not taking a photo of my pizza at Franco's after seeing others online. The crust was dry, the sauce was lacking, and there was barely any vegan cheese, which I had to pay extra for. When I complained, I was given a weak excuse about regional variations in pizza. Overall, it was a disappointing pizza, with poor service, and a humiliating experience.
Outdoor seating were really nice as we had nice weather tonight. pizza was 5 stars. I loved the crust especially. the server knew exactly what toppings were vegan. if they do not want to drink oil on their pizza, ask them to leave it. I cook without oil, so try to avoid as much as I can in restaurants.
This place is great, and it has an amazing location being next to the train station. If you’re looking for some good wine, Italian food, and delicious appetizers, then this is the place for you. The 'number 1' pizza with vegan cheese is a fantastic choice for those dining with non-vegan friends. Priced at only £6.60, it offers great value. The waiter was courteous and the service was fast. Conveniently located next to the station, making it ideal for travelers.
franco manca pizzas are thin in the middle with thick fluffy crusts! number 1 on the menu is vegan, they can add vegan cheese. the blackboards show the specials. I had the vegan special with some vegan cheese up and it was amazing!
