I recently tried Franco Manca for the first time and had a great experience! The staff was excellent and very pleasant. I appreciated that Franco Manca caters to various dietary needs with vegan and gluten-free options always available. I tried the vegan special pizza which was topped with mixed wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, organic tomatoes, spicy watercress pesto, and roasted hazelnuts - it was absolutely delicious! It was the best vegan pizza I've had at a non-vegan restaurant. If the specials are consistently this good, I will definitely be visiting Franco Manca more often in the future.

We ordered the vegan pizza, expecting it to come with vegan cheese. When we discovered there was no cheese, we requested to have some added. However, the amount of cheese that was added was minimal, and we were informed that we would be charged £2.99 for additional cheese. After discussing the issue with the staff, they kindly removed the charge from our bill. Despite this mishap, we found the taste of the pizza to be enjoyable and the staff to be friendly.
