I ordered a pizza with extra sauces, but they forgot the sauce. I called and spoke with the manager, who was incredibly friendly and even offered me a discount on my next order since I live a bit far away and didn’t want to make the trip back. The pizza was still delicious! Overall, I was very happy with the kindness shown, especially considering it’s the only pizza place on the Big Island. We will definitely be ordering again next week! Great food and excellent customer service. I give it a 10 out of 10—great job!
This was my first time ordering from here and I have to say that the pizza and the bruschetta bread appetizer were excellent. The place was extremely busy when I went to pick up my order, but the staff was doing everything possible to serve everyone asquickly as possible. I would recommend checking this place out the next time you want some pizza or other food.
